Our Workshop

Alpha Sheet Metal has a comprehensive manufacturing and warehouse facility in the very heart of the historic city of Norwich. We are able to design and manufacture in most metals including stainless steel.

We have a state of the art Esprit Arrow CNC Plasma cutter, with the facility to cut sheets of material up to 3 metres x 1.5 metres and up to a thickness of 12mm. This also uses the latest edition of Autodesk Fabrication CAMduct software, which includes a full library of ductwork components as well as many profile sections for structural steel work.

We have also installed a brand new Morgan Rushworth 3.1 metre x 120 tonne CNC controlled hydraulic press brake, with CNC crowning. This ensures accurate angles along the full length of any folded folded section, particularly in stainless steel which can be prone to variation.
